Bob is the founding Partner of Mardell Financial Centre, having started the business in 1993. Bob is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Bob specialises in strategic planning for business clients. He assists with showing business owners how to grow and develop their business and achieve a better after tax earnings position.
Other specialties include financial and investment solutions, investment property structures, asset protection, superannuation, self managed superannuation funds, general tax planning and advice.

Cathy is one of the founding members of the Mardell Financial Centre having started in the business with her father Bob Mardell in 1993.
Cathy is a Chartered Accountant, Registered Tax Agent and is a member of the Australian Tax Office (ATO) Change Program Advisory Group.
Cathy specialises in strategic planning for business clients. She is passionate about showing business owners how to expand and maximise their after tax returns.
Other specialty areas include business structures, self managed superannuation funds, salary packaging, rental properties and other general tax planning and advice.
David Mardell Dip FP
Business Development Manager, Financial Planner
David has been working at Mardell Financial Centre since 1999 and is responsible for helping our business clients grow and develop through the coordinantion of the services offered by the accounting, financial planning and finance divisions of the Mardell Financial Centre.
David is also an Authorised Representative of Interprac Financial Planning and has a Diploma in Financial Planning. David specialises in providing advice to clients on how they can minimise taxation and start a wealth creation program by using tax effective investments. David also focuses on providing clients with retirement planning solutions through self managed superannuation funds and direct share portfolios.
Jon Mardell
General Manager - Mardell Financial Centre Finance
Jon has been working at Mardell Financial Centre since 1998. Jon provides financing solutions for our clients in the areas of home loans, refinancing, investment loans and commercial loans as an agent for Choice Home Loans. Jon also specialises in investment loans for Self Managed Superannuation Funds.
Asset finance including plant & equipement and motor vehicles is also availlable to business clients.
John has been working at Mardell Financial Centre since 2004 and specialises in small business including companies, trusts and superannuation fund tax returns. John qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009.
Noreen has been working at Mardell Financial Centre since 1997. Noreen looks after the reception at our Kenmore office and attends to all office administration duties. Noreen specialises in individual tax returns.
